About Dealsshop
Dealsshop publishes buying guides for things people in India spend real money on: home fitness equipment, work-from-home and gaming setups, kitchen appliances, personal care and travel bags.
Why this site exists
Most “best X” lists are written for American homes and American prices. They don’t mention that your treadmill needs a stabiliser, that PU leather chairs get sticky in a Chennai summer, or that a 6 A socket and a cheap extension board aren’t a safe home for a gaming PC. We write for the flat you actually live in.
Each guide tries to answer three questions quickly: what should most people buy, who should buy something else, and what tends to go wrong.
What you’ll find here
- Home Fitness: treadmills, walking pads, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, yoga mats and resistance bands.
- Home Office & Gaming: office and gaming chairs, desks, monitors, and setting up a room you can work in for eight hours.
- Kitchen: mixer grinders, air fryers and other appliances, judged on how they handle Indian cooking.
- Personal Care: trimmers, hair dryers, straighteners and electric toothbrushes that cope with Indian humidity and power cuts.
- Travel: trolley bags, cabin luggage and backpacks that survive Indian airports, trains and monsoons.
How the site is funded
We’re a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, so we may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. Our How we choose page explains how that works and how we keep it from deciding our picks.
